Having worked in the industry for years, I know what it takes to thrive as a Personal Assistant. From coordinating high-level executives to managing complex schedules and building professional relationships, I’ve been in their shoes, and I want to share my knowledge with them. The skills and strategies I’ve learned along the way have been tried and tested — and now, I’m passing them on to them.

1:1 MENTORSHIP 

Upon completion of the course, I will have a call with them to discuss their best qualities and what they need help with. After this I will have a profile that I can share with potential employers that might be a good fit to work together. As well as this, they will stay in this community for as long as they would like to ask their community for advice and questions (not in breach of their NDA)
I will also be hosting 3 day events which they can attend. These are a unique opportunity to learn directly from industry experts, network with other PAs, and get exclusive insights into the world of executive support.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

At Lord & Co. we understand that your time is valuable, and finding the right personal assistant can be a daunting and time-consuming process. That’s where we come in.

Our recruitment service is designed to take the stress out of hiring. We specialise in matching professionals and businesses with highly skilled, trained, and reliable PAs who can seamlessly integrate into your workflow.

With our community of exceptional PAs, trained through our program, we don’t just find you an assistant, we find the perfect match for your needs. Let us handle the details, so you can experience the benefits of working with a professional PA without the hassle.

  • Start by reaching out to us and we will set up a call. During this consultation, we’ll discuss:

    • Your specific requirements (e.g., full-time, part-time, freelance).

    • Whether you need an in-person or virtual PA.

    • Any particular skills or qualities you’re looking for in your ideal assistant.

  • Once we understand your needs, we’ll begin the search process. We exclusively work with PAs who have completed our PA course. Using our knowledge, we’ll match your requirements to the most suitable candidates.

  • We’ll come back to you with 2-3 profiles of PAs who are a strong fit for your needs. These profiles will include:

    • A brief professional summary.

    • Key skills and experience.

    • Availability and preferences (e.g., virtual or in-person work).

    You can review these profiles and let us know who you’d like to move forward with.

  • Once you’ve selected a PA, you’ll begin a 45-day probation period to ensure the partnership works well. During this time, you’ll have the chance to assess:

    • The PA’s skills and compatibility with your working style.

    • Their ability to meet your expectations and adapt to your needs.

    If things aren’t working out, you can request a one-time PA swap, and we’ll provide another match from our trained community.

  • Our service fee is £8,000, which covers:

    • Finding and vetting your PA.

    • Facilitating the hiring process.

    • Supporting the onboarding and probation period.
